Effective 27 October 2026. How ProductLogiq collects, uses and protects personal data and marketplace data.
In short: we collect only what we need to answer enquiries and deliver our services, we never sell personal data, and marketplace data we access for a client is used only for that client and protected as described in section 5.

- Enquiries: name, email address and message when you contact us.
- Client data: business contact details, billing information, contracts and project correspondence.
- Account access you grant: data in seller, advertising, store or analytics accounts you authorise us to work in, processed only as needed for the agreed work.

5. Amazon and other marketplace data
- We access marketplace data only with the account owner’s explicit authorisation, and request only the minimum data and API roles needed for the functions they have authorised, such as reporting, inventory planning, listing management and advertising.
- Marketplace data is used solely to provide services to the seller who authorised it. We never sell or disclose it, never use it for marketing, never contact buyers outside the platform and never combine one client’s data with another’s.
- We do not request restricted buyer personal information unless a specific, authorised function strictly requires it. If processed, it is kept no longer than 30 days after order delivery unless the law requires longer.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 or equivalent). Access is limited to authorised staff using individual accounts with multi-factor authentication, and credentials are stored encrypted.
- Security incidents affecting Amazon data are reported to Amazon within 24 hours, as its Data Protection Policy requires, and to the affected seller without undue delay.
- When access is revoked or an engagement ends, we delete that seller’s marketplace data within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it. Sellers can revoke access at any time in Seller Central under Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps.
Our handling of Amazon data follows Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
